The job was carried out very professionally, a ground crew to remove the old decking and lay the Type 1, followed by a really experienced slab layer, who took great pride in his work. He and his team were communicative in letting us know about coming to do the job, which was delayed a little due to a previous larger job overrunning. Most importantly, I felt Charles to be trustworthy as there was no upselling whatsoever and he was happy to talk about the technical implications of different jobs.
